You don't need another app. You need the follow-up done. If you run a home service business, you probably already pay for a CRM, a phone system, a texting app, maybe a review tool. The problem isn't the tools. It's that nobody has time to set them up and keep them working.
That's what we do. We call it workflows as a service.
A workflow is one job your office does over and over. Call every new lead back in the first minute. Follow up every estimate with a real question. Hand every sold job to production with everything attached. Check every invoice against the approved change orders. Ask every finished customer for a review. Each one runs the same way, every time.
Here's how it works. First, a free twenty-minute call. We look at where work slips today and pick the first workflow worth building.
Then we build it, inside the CRM you already use. You see the price before anything starts: from fifteen hundred dollars for one workflow, up to five thousand for a bigger system. It's tested before it goes live, and the first thirty days of fixes are included.
Then we run it. On the Care plan, fifteen hundred a month, we monitor it, respond on business days when something breaks, update scripts and routing as your business changes, and send a monthly report: leads answered, estimates followed up, jobs handed off, invoices collected. On the Partner plan, thirty-five hundred a month, we also build a new workflow or improvement every month.
Both plans are month to month. Phone numbers, AI minutes and texts are billed by those providers directly to you.
No new hire. No new software to learn. You get the result, not another login. Just the work getting done, and a report that shows it.
Book a free twenty-minute call at goodhandoff dot com. We'll tell you what we'd build first, and what it would cost.
