Review contact permission and current status
Conversation attached. Owner notified. Pending sales follow-up paused.
Only suitable records enter the sequence. Opt-outs, booked work, and active conversations are excluded.
“Not now” needs a different follow-up from “no.”
An unaccepted estimate tells you a deal did not close. It may not tell you why. We build a reactivation process that checks the current record, asks a relevant question and captures the answer—so sales can spend its time on customers who want to talk.
Reopen the right conversation
Reference the actual project and prior conversation. Give the customer a clear reason to respond without pretending an expired estimate is still valid.
Give returning interest a person to reach
Pause the campaign when a customer responds. Get their question, original estimate and preferred timing to the rep who can help.
See what comes back into the pipeline
Track the customers who replied, requested a new visit or returned to an active sales conversation. Keep closed work separate from outreach activity.
Built around your sales process.
Home services
Revisit suitable unaccepted estimates and check whether the project is still planned.
Property management
Reconnect with previous leasing inquiries when their stated timing and current availability make a follow-up relevant.
Professional services & agencies
Reopen stalled proposals or consultation requests with a clear question about the next step.
Your workflows.
Your tools. Your business.
We set up and connect the agreed third-party systems, compare operating costs, and document how everything works. You own the delivered workflows and control your accounts.
You pay GoodHandoff

You pay providers directly
For subscriptions and usage such as messages, call minutes, and automation runs. We estimate these costs before you commit; actual bills depend on your plans and usage.
We build around your budget

A clear build fee.
Tools billed separately.
A simple, defined workflow starts at $1,500. Plan on $2,500–$5,000 for a broader workflow. Multiple lead sources, AI voice, extensive data cleanup, or complex routing require a separate quote.
See build and support pricing →Your build includes the agreed:
- Lead sources, CRM fields, and ownership rules
- Third-party account setup and supported connections
- Messages, AI instructions, and human handoffs
- Stop rules, duplicate handling, and failure alerts
- Testing, documentation, and workflow handover
We confirm source access and contact requirements before activation. Provider approval, subscriptions, and usage are separate from implementation.

Before we build
What does Rehash mean?
Rehash means revisiting previous inquiries or estimates that did not become a sale. We use lead reactivation as the plain-language name. It starts with a defined group and a relevant reason to reconnect.
Can we contact everyone in an old lead list?
No. Age alone is not an eligibility rule. We review current status, contact permission, prior conversations, opt-outs, and data quality. Ambiguous records go to your team for review.
What should the follow-up say?
Refer to the actual request and ask whether help is still wanted. Avoid invented discounts or urgency. If a quote has expired, offer a review rather than repeating a price that may no longer apply.
Can you guarantee recovered sales?
No. Results depend on the list, offer, timing, and your team’s ability to handle replies. We build the selection, follow-up, and tracking process, then measure actual outcomes.
Which old estimates still have a project behind them?
Show us where inquiries or estimates stop moving. We’ll review the current process and identify what your team could stop doing by hand.
