Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, company, optional website, tools, budget, and the workflow description you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or private customer records.
How we use it
We use this information to assess the inquiry, respond, arrange a conversation, and prepare a proposed engagement when appropriate. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Technical information
The site temporarily remembers the first page, referral page, and campaign tags in your browser session, then includes them with an inquiry to understand how people find us. When you follow a booking link, we pass the landing-page path, campaign tags, and referring domain to Cal.com. Cal.com sends booking confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations back to our website so we can measure which sources lead to booked calls. Our measurement records contain booking references, times, status, and that source information; they do not contain attendee names, email addresses, form answers, or meeting links. This session record does not store your form answers. A daily hash derived from the connection’s IP address helps limit repeated submissions. Hosting providers may process connection details and operational logs to deliver and protect the site.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and inquiry storage. When email notifications are configured, inquiry details are passed to Resend and the receiving mailbox provider. An external scheduling or payment service, if used, has its own privacy notice. We do not collect card numbers in the inquiry form.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiries while evaluating or managing the business relationship and review inactive inquiries for deletion. Contract, payment, and business records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the inquiry form; include “Privacy request” and the email associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Sharing
We do not sell inquiry information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate the service, or where required to meet legal obligations. Providers may process information outside your location.
