Buy a working system. Know the full cost.
Pay for a defined result in your business: the inquiry recorded, the follow-up coordinated or the job information ready for the office. We agree on the build and price before work starts.

Your build is one cost.
Your tools are another.
You own the delivered workflows and control your platform accounts. We configure the agreed third-party systems, compare costs, and estimate recurring expenses during scoping. You pay providers directly for subscriptions and usage.
Build terms are typically 50% to start and 50% at agreed acceptance. Taxes, where applicable, are additional. Your signed proposal governs the engagement.
What does the $1,500 starting project cover?
One straightforward workflow using existing integrations—for example, a website inquiry creating a CRM record and an assigned task. A full marketing automation or Rehash system with several sources, AI calls, or historical cleanup receives a separate quote. Budget $2,500–$5,000 for broader workflows.
What does “fixed scope” mean?
We agree on the trigger, connected systems, fields, expected behavior, exceptions, and acceptance test. New requests are estimated separately before work starts.
Is the assessment required?
No. A straightforward workflow may be quoted after the introductory call. The assessment is for substantial investigation or uncertainty and covers one process.
What is included in defect support?
For 30 days after acceptance, we correct defects where the delivered workflow does not behave as agreed. New features, changed business rules, platform changes, and expanded volume are separate work.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. We document and hand over your workflow. Care and improvement plans are optional for clients who want ongoing help.
What do monthly plans cover?
Support starts at $1,500 per month. The agreement identifies the workflows covered, maintenance and improvement priorities, business-day response expectations, and how additional work is approved. Coverage is defined for your systems before the plan starts.
Can I cancel ongoing support?
Our proposed support terms are monthly, with cancellation before the next renewal. The signed support agreement sets the exact start, cancellation, and coverage terms.
Let’s see whether the build is worth it.
Bring one process your team keeps doing by hand. We’ll look at the tools, the time it takes and whether a custom build is worth it.
