You paid for the lead. Give it a real follow-up.
Respond while the inquiry is still fresh. Keep calling, texting and email coordinated as the customer decides. When they answer, your salesperson gets the conversation—not another lead to investigate.

Save source, contact details, and assigned owner
Conversation attached. Owner notified. Pending sales follow-up paused.
Connections and follow-up channels depend on account access and contact permission. This example uses email; text and AI calls can be scoped too.
The lead did not disappear. It got buried.
A website form sits in one inbox. A customer replies to a text. An estimate goes out, but nobody knows whether to call again. We connect those events to the same opportunity so follow-up continues when it should and stops when your team takes over.
See which sources produce real opportunities
Keep the original source and available campaign details with the opportunity, from inquiry through appointment and the recorded sales outcome.
Give sales a reason to call
Show the rep what the customer asked, what they received and what still needs an answer. Pause the automated sequence when a person takes over.
Know what is still waiting
Distinguish an unanswered inquiry from a booked appointment or a price objection. The office can see the outstanding work and who is responsible.

Your workflows.
Your tools. Your business.
We set up and connect the agreed third-party systems, compare operating costs, and document how everything works. You own the delivered workflows and control your accounts.
You pay GoodHandoff
For the scoped build, testing, training, and handover. Ongoing support is optional.
You pay providers directly
For subscriptions and usage such as messages, call minutes, and automation runs. We estimate these costs before you commit; actual bills depend on your plans and usage.
We build around your budget
Use existing features where they fit. Compare cost, reliability, access, and maintenance before adding another tool.
A clear build fee.
Tools billed separately.
A simple, defined workflow starts at $1,500. Plan on $2,500–$5,000 for a broader workflow. Multiple lead sources, AI voice, extensive data cleanup, or complex routing require a separate quote.
See build and support pricing →Your build includes the agreed:
- Lead sources, CRM fields, and ownership rules
- Third-party account setup and supported connections
- Messages, AI instructions, and human handoffs
- Stop rules, duplicate handling, and failure alerts
- Testing, documentation, and workflow handover
We confirm source access and contact requirements before activation. Provider approval, subscriptions, and usage are separate from implementation.
How to automate inbound lead tracking and follow-up
Follow an example from lead source to CRM, message, reply, and team handoff—with operating costs and implementation limits.
Before we build
Can you connect Yelp, Facebook, and Thumbtack?
We check the supported route for each account: native integration, approved connector, API, webhook, or a suitable supported import. Access, fields, and messaging capabilities differ. We identify gaps before the build; a platform name here is not a promise of unrestricted access.
Will AI replace our sales team?
The system supports your existing team. AI can handle agreed intake questions and routine follow-up. People handle judgment, objections, unusual requests, and the next sales conversation. Staff takeover pauses the automated sequence.
Does every lead get a text, email, and AI call?
No. We choose channels based on the inquiry, contact permission, your operating rules, and the customer’s response. A submitted phone number alone does not authorize every type of automated marketing contact.
What happens if the CRM or calendar is unavailable?
The workflow records the failed step and alerts its owner. It does not claim a booking without confirmation or blindly resend a message whose delivery is uncertain. Recovery rules are part of the scope.
Where are your leads going quiet?
Show us where inquiries or estimates stop moving. We’ll review the current process and identify what your team could stop doing by hand.
