HOW WE WORK

From “we keep doing this by hand” to a working system.

Start with a real example of the work. We turn it into a practical build, agree on the price and test it with the people who will use it.

Map the work

Show us a normal job and one that went wrong. The differences tell us what the system needs to handle.

Agree the outcome

Know what gets built, what it costs and how you will decide it is ready.

Check the finished work

Review the completed records in your tools, then train the person who will operate the system.

01 / Tell us where work gets stuck

Book a 20-minute conversation through the website. You can also send a brief describing the process, tools, and problem. Bring one normal example and one difficult example.

02 / Agree on the first useful outcome

We decide what the workflow should do and how to verify it. A straightforward project gets a written proposal. A complex or uncertain process may begin with a paid assessment, with its own clearly defined output.

03 / Confirm scope, access, and payment

The proposal states the deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, dependencies, software costs, and payment terms. We configure the agreed third-party systems in accounts you control and compare expected subscription and usage costs. You pay providers directly. Work starts after the agreement, deposit, and required access are in place.

04 / Build and test with representative records

We connect the agreed systems and test the actual destination. Normal events, duplicates, missing information, and failure cases all matter. Production changes and any customer-facing messages are agreed before they run.

05 / Accept and hand over

We walk through the acceptance checklist together. You receive documentation, workflow ownership, operating instructions, and a clear recovery path. The remaining build balance is due at agreed acceptance.

06 / Keep it working

Builds include 30 days of defect support for the accepted scope. Continue with your own team or choose a defined monthly care or improvement plan. Changes to scope and additional work are agreed before being billed.

What makes a good fit?

  • A repetitive process with an identifiable business cost.
  • A person who can explain the rules and own the result.
  • Access to the necessary tools and representative examples.
  • A willingness to start with one useful, testable scope.
LET’S MAKE IT WORK

What would you take off your team’s plate?

Bring one process your team keeps doing by hand. We’ll look at the tools, the time it takes and whether a custom build is worth it.
